Many of our most popular authentic maps and prints are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain (and therefore, quite expensive), so we have begun to reproduce them for the enjoyment of those who may find the originals too expensive or hard to find. Every one of the reproductions shown on this page has been created from the very best original works. We have painstakingly reproduced, digitally-enhanced, color-corrected, and proofed each piece to accurately capture the appearance of the original. These pieces have been printed, using the latest, fine art, 7-color archival ink, giclee printing technology on the finest imported, 100% cotton rag, machine molded, fine-art paper (elsewhere, you may pay a bit less, but will get much less as most use inexpensive, plain matte paper). These fine pieces are available unmatted or with the same museum-grade, double matting we use for our authentic antiques.
